"Friday 7 September sees us stage the first ever game in our great new home Scotstoun Stadium. We’ve put together the below match-day information to ensure your visit to Scotstoun Stadium is as enjoyable as possible.


TRAVEL
Scotstoun Stadium is serviced by four train stations situated in the local area: Scotstounhill, Jordanhill, Hyndland and Partick.
The stadium is also serviced by a number of bus routes from Glasgow city centre and the west end.

PARKING
There is no public parking available at Scotstoun Stadium on match-day.
Please be advised that permit parking schemes are in operation in the local area. Enforcement officers will monitor the area, with a fine system in place for vehicles parked inappropriately.

MATCH PROGRAMMES
A full match programme (priced £3) will be available for each season 2012/13 home game in the RaboDirect PRO12 and Heineken Cup.
Sellers will be positioned at the Main stand and North east corner turnstiles and in the Main stand concourse. Programmes will also be on sale at the Greaves Sports trailer in the south east corner of the stadium.

TURNSTILE OPENING
All turnstiles and bars will open at 6pm.

SPECTATOR ENTRY
Tickets for the Scarlets match are issued in three categories: reserved Main stand seating, reserved North stand seating, and unreserved and uncovered pitchside standing.
Supporters with tickets for the Main stand should enter via turnstiles 1-9 immediately behind the Main stand.
Supporters with tickets for the North stand should enter via the turnstiles at the north east corner of the stadium, opposite Glasgow Club Scotstoun and beside the Glasgow Warriors Clubhouse.
Supporters with tickets for the pitchside standing areas can position themselves in either of these sections, which are located behind the posts at both ends of the stadium.
Supporters with pitchside standing tickets can enter either via the gates at the west end of the stadium or the turnstiles at the north east corner of the stadium.
Supporters with pitchside standing tickets who wish to move between the areas during the game should use the designated walkways. As seats in the Main and North stands are allocated on a reserved basis, supporters with pitchside standing tickets will not be admitted to the seating areas at any time.

TICKET SALES
Subject to availability, tickets will be on sale from 5pm on match-night from our Ticket Centre in the Main stand car park. Any tickets left for collection will also be available from this location.
Please arrive early to avoid match-night queues.
Scotstoun Stadium has a strictly limited capacity. With considerable interest in this match, we strongly recommend that supporters purchase tickets in advance HERE or by calling 0844 800 3490.

REFRESHMENTS
Kiosks in the Main stand concourse and behind the North stand will be selling a variety of hot and cold food and drinks, as well as bottled alcoholic drinks.
Refreshment units will also be positioned at either end of the stadium, and will have draught alcoholic drinks available for purchase.
Spectators seated in the Main and North stands are welcome to visit these refreshment units during the game. Please use the units nearest to your seat, as indicated by the signage in the stands. Please make your way to the units using the concrete walkway that runs along the front of both stands.

GLASGOW WARRIORS CLUBHOUSE
A clubhouse, selling a variety of drinks including draft alcoholic beverages, will be in operation in the games hall at the north east corner of the stadium.
The clubhouse will be open pre-match from 6pm and post-match until at least 11pm.
Capacity in the clubhouse is limited, and supporters are strongly advised to arrive early.
Under-18s will be admitted to the clubhouse until 10pm provided they are accompanied by an adult.

KIDS ZONE
A kids zone, featuring inflatable rugby challenge, will be in operation from 6pm until shortly before kick-off at the west end of the stadium, adjacent to the IRB-approved 3G pitch.
All under-18s are welcome to enjoy these facilities.
Post-match, as close to the final whistle as possible, selected players will lead an autograph/photo session outside the players' tunnel.

MERCHANDISE
Greaves Sports, our official retail partner, will have a trailer at the south east corner of the stadium, beneath the Glasgow Warriors offices, with a range of club merchandise.

LOST PROPERTY
If you lose any property within the stadium, please contact the nearest steward. If you discover the loss after the game, please contact the Glasgow Warriors office on 0141 954 5100.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Scotstoun Stadium complex.

FIRST AID
If you feel unwell during your visit to Scotstoun Stadium, please inform the nearest steward. A first aid facility is available at the south east corner of the stadium.

PLASTIC BOTTLES
Plastic bottles of soft drinks or water up to 500ml may be taken into the stadium. The lid must be sealed and intact.  No alcohol can be brought into the stadium.

CAMERAS
Pocket sized cameras are permitted, however large professional cameras are not. By small, we mean pocket size digital cameras or SLR cameras with zoom lenses no more powerful than 300mm. Tripods are not permitted.

BACKPACKS/RUCKSACKS
Small backpacks are permitted, however suitcases or larger items will be denied access.  A guide of size is something that will comfortably fit beneath your seat. We assume no responsibility for baggage within the stadium. Rucksacks or similar will be subject to a search before entry."
