TERMS AND CONDITIONS1) Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2) By submitting your entry and if your entry is successful you give the supporters group the right to use the entry universally as the groups name and the entry will be used in all publications and events by the group. 3) Other than the prize no royalties will be made for use of the entry as the groups name. 4) Entries which contain obscene, offensive or derogatory language will not be considered. 5) Members of the Supporters group committee are not eligible to win the prize. 6) Entries which are already in use by other supporter groups will not be considered. 7) Only one entry is permitted per person. 8) The Entry must be no longer than 20 characters excluding spaces. 9) Other than the cost to your internet service provider there is no cost to enter. 10) Entries will be accepted by Face book, Twitter and Email only. 11) The submission of entries will be from 27/06/2012 at 00:00 until 12/07/2012 at 00:00, Entries made after the closing date will not be considered. 12) Depending on the number of entries made the entries will be short listed by the committee and subsequently voted on by the supporters on the group's Facebook page, Twitter via @NameYourClub with  #GWNameYourClub and by e-mail. If entry by email the suggestion should be added as the subject header and sent to GWSCompetitions-NameYourClub@Yahoo.com 13) The Voting process will take place from 20/07/2012 at 00:00 until 27/07/2012 at  00:00, Any votes cast after the closing date will not be counted. 14) Only one vote is permitted per person. 15) The competition is open to all ages. 16) Please see/contact Glasgow Warriors for the T&Cs for the prize. 17) Any personal data collected will be retained by the group and will not be passed on to any third party. 18) By entering the competition you are agreeing to receive publications from the group until you opt out. 19) The winner will be announced by the Group on the 28/07/2012 via the groups Face book, Twitter and Newsletter 20) The prize will be presented to the winner at a date and time to be agreed with Glasgow Warriors. 21) The winner will be contacted ahead of the announcement.22) The winner will agree to promotional photographs and interviews for use by the Glasgow Warriors Supporters group in any way they deem appropriate.
